MACCRAY, Yellow Medicine East, Renville County West and BOLD all won first-round games in the Old Two Twelve Conference Holiday Tournament Thursday.
The eight teams that made up the now disbanded conference regrouped for the tournament.
MACCRAY topped Central Minnesota Christian 60-26, Yellow Medicine East rolled over past Tracy-Milroy-Balaton 56-37.

MACCRAY's defense held CMCS to 18 percent shooting from the field (10 of 57) and 13 points in each quarter.

Tori Brouwer scored 19 points and had seven steals to lead the Wolverines (3-0, 4-1). Hilary Groothuis added 10 points and seven boards.
Elizabeth Bulthuis posted a double-double of 11 points and 15 rebounds to lead the Bluejays (0-3, 1-4). Hillary Slagter had nine rebounds.

Audrey Formo had 10 of her team-high 18 points in the first half for YME as the Sting owned a comfortable 30-10 lead at halftime. Formo also piled up six steals and five rebounds for the unbeaten Sting (4-0).

Michelle Preuss and Emma Volstad both netted 10 points while Kristin Hegna dished out seven assists for YME.
Alyssa Kirk drained four 3-pointers and scored a game-high 20 points for Tracy-Milroy-Balaton (2-3).
