MORRIS -- Morris/Chokio-Alberta nearly blew a 13-point first-half lead, but held off Montevideo 50-47 for its first win in a West Central South Conference game Thursday night.
Jasmine Henrich scored all 11 of her points in the first half for the Tigers (1-2, 1-4), who led 35-22 at intermission. Henrich also finished with nine rebounds. Mackenzie Kontz and Brittany Nelson scored eight points each.
Brook Moseng scored a game-high 21 points for the Thunder Hawks (1-2, 2-3).
