MORRIS -- Heather Gagner hit two 3-pointers in the second half and finished with a game-high 14 points as Morris/Chokio-Alberta rallied to clip MACCRAY 48-42 in the season opener for both teams Tuesday.
The Tigers trailed by 10 with eight minutes remaining before Gagner hit both of her treys to ignite the Tigers' rally. Morris trailed by one at halftime after making only 6 of 26 shot attempts in the first half.
Morris then ended the game on a 12-6 run after Britney Greenwaldt tied the game at 36-36 for the Tigers.
Dana Rhoda also netted 14 points for MACCRAY.
