NEW LONDON -- Renae Henjum tossed in 22 points, collected 10 rebounds and blocked five shots as New London-Spicer routed Alexandria 67-33 in a non-conference girls basketball game Saturday night.
The Wildcats' tenacious pressure defense limited Alexandria (4-3), which entered the game riding a four-game win streak, to just 13 points in the first half.
NLS, which shot 48 percent, improved to 8-0.
Trista Norris added 14 points, Karli Wendlandt nine and Justin Dammermann eight.
