NEW LONDON -- New London-Spicer sank six 3-pointers en route to a 53-39 West Central North Conference win Thursday over St. Cloud Cathedral.
The Crusaders (3-4, 4-11) took a 13-4 lead before NLS (6-2, 11-6) connected from behind the arc to open up the game by halftime, 26-17.
Jenn Wendlandt led the Wildcats with 19 points and 11 rebounds. Cassidy Vogt followed with 13 points and eight rebounds, and Ellary Asche added 11 points.
Renae Henjum, injured the last two games, returned and played briefly but did not score.
