BBE led only once, early in the second half for a brief time.
The Dragons made all their free throws down the stretch to hold off the Jaguars.
Emily Roelike led BBE with 14 points. Heidi Lensing added 11 points and nine rebounds.
Angie Euerle scored 14 points for the Dragons, who led by five at half. Courtney Euerle pulled in 14 rebounds.
