Emily Roering of Minnewaska shot an 84 to finish one shot ahead of St. Cloud Tech's Vanessa Wise for medalist honors Wedneday in the Albany Invitational.
Albany won the meet with a 371, three shots ahead of Minnewaska. Benson was seventh with a 415 and New London-Spicer eighth with a 424.
Courtney Boe shot a 90 and Sarah Roering and Lisa Blair each shot 100 for the Lakers.
