BUFFALO LAKE -- Dana Thompson and Katie Kroona of Willmar both advanced to the final round of the Section 2AAA meet Thursday at Oakdale Golf Club.
Thompson carded a 91 and Kroona followed with a 97 to pace Willmar to an eighth-place tie with Prior Lake with 392. The top six teams and the top 12 individuals not on a qualifying team advanced to Tuesday's final round at Oakdale.
