Lac qui Parle Valley recently won the Class A Minnesota Competition Cheerleading Association state championship.
The state meet was held Feb. 2 at the University of Minnesot. LQPV, coached by Shelly Schirm and Karen Ascheman, won the state title out of eight teams.
