CLARKFIELD -- Gladys Josephine Sandager, 102, of Clarkfield died Wednesday at the Clarkfield Care Center.
The service will be at 11 a.m. today at Clarkfield Lutheran Church. Burial will be at Spring Creek Lutheran Cemetery in Normania Township, Yellow Medicine County. Arrangements are with Lynner Funeral Home of Clarkfield.
She was born March 1, 1904, in Friendship Township, rural Clarkfield, to Ole and Guri (Berg) Sandager. The family moved to a farm in Walhalla, N.D., in 1919. They returned to Clarkfield in 1923. She attended rural School District 28.

She lived on the family farm with her brother and later moved into Clarkfield. She moved to the Clarkfield Care Center in 1988.
She was a member of Spring Creek Lutheran Church and later Clarkfield Lutheran Church.
She is survived by several cousins.
She was preceded in death by her brother.
