GLENWOOD - A Glenwood paralegal has been appointed to a statewide court advisory committee on juvenile procedure.
Geri L. Krueger, who owns Geri’s Paralegal and Mediation Services in Glenwood, will serve a three-year term ending in June 2017 on the Supreme Court’s Advisory Committee on the Rules of Juvenile Protection Procedure and Adoption Procedure.
According to a news release from Krueger, she also works part-time for Guardian ad Litem Program in the Eighth Judicial District.
Advisory committees discuss possible changes to Minnesota rules and forward their recommendations to the Supreme Court.
Members deal with different legal areas and are appointed based on their knowledge and expertise.
