SACRED HEART -- Gleva Ann 'Bing' Kronlokken, 82, of Sacred Heart died Monday at Rosewood North in Olivia.
The service will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Sacred Heart. Burial will be at the church cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday and one hour prior to the service at the church. Arrangements are by Dirks-Blem Funeral Home in Sacred Heart. Memorials are preferred to Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Renville County Hospice, or donor's choice.
She was born Aug. 12, 1925, in Sioux City, Iowa to William and Anna (Phillips) Binger. She graduated in 1943 from East High School in Sioux City. She graduated in 1945 from Wayne State College in Nebraska. She taught school in Iowa for a couple of years prior to moving to Sacred Heart. She taught in Sacred Heart for two years.
She married Morris Kronlokken on June 5, 1948. She helped on the farm, and continued to substitute teach. They later divorced. In 1971, she continued her education at Southwest Minnesota State College in Marshall where she was a member of the charter class. She then taught school in Sacred Heart and later in the DRSH school district. She retired in 1990. She worked as custodian at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Sacred Heart. She also was the caretaker at Flynn Apartments in Sacred Heart.

She was a member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church.
She is survived by her daughters: Linda (and Henry) Boehme of Fairmont, Pam (and Steve) Benson of Renville; five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; a great-great-granddaughter; and a brother: William (and Virginia) Binger of Ames, Iowa.
She was preceded in death by her son: Wade in 1968.
