WILLMAR — The Kandiyohi County Board of Commissioners have a busy Tuesday ahead of them. There are three meetings on the schedule, all to be held in the board chamber at the Kandiyohi County Health and Human Services building in Willmar.
The board will first meet at 9 a.m. for the Health and Human Services Committee meeting. On the agenda is an assessment update from Home and Community Based Services and COVID-19 Year in Review presentation.
At 10 a.m., the regular board meeting will begin. The agenda includes bid lettings for Public Works projects, renewal of liquor licenses, planning and zoning updates and an abatement request.
The board will also meet in a closed session to discuss a potential litigation between a former employee and the county.
At 1 p.m., the board will hold a road and bridge meeting. The agenda is subject to change but tentatively there will be several updates. This includes on road and bridge projects, the Willmar Wye, the 5-year construction plan, maintenance projects, drainage and on the buffer and monarch butterfly programs.
