WILLMAR -- Gang graffiti was reported at the Kandi Mall by mall security on Saturday. The graffiti was thought to have happened sometime on Friday. Photos were taken for police files.
WILLMAR -- Graffiti was reported on a garage door in the 1200 block of Ninth Street Southeast and on 10 vehicles in the Pleasant View neighborhood in southeast Willmar.
According to the police report, the garage door and the cars had similar markings of "I.R.A." and a circular arrow. Photos were taken for police files.
