Graffiti reported in several places over weekend

WILLMAR -- Law enforcement received several reports of gang-related graffiti over the holiday weekend.

Perkins Lumber reported graffiti on a trailer parked in the lumberyard, on the sides of sheds and on the sides of two semis and another trailer parked on company property off Pacific Avenue. The damage occurred between 6 p.m. Friday and 7 a.m. Saturday and was reported Saturday morning.

Cash Wise Foods reported graffiti on its revolving doors at about 1 p.m. Saturday. The initials "LS" were written on the doors, which the police report said stands for "Lady Stars."

Graffiti was reported Saturday afternoon on a utility box in the 1300 block of Campbell Avenue Northwest.

Walt's car wash reported graffiti inside one of the wash bays at noon Sunday.

Graffiti in black magic marker was reported on a shed in a backyard in the 800 block of Fifth Street Southwest.

Other reports include graffiti under the First Street bridge, reported Sunday afternoon, and in the East Willmar Park, reported Sunday evening.
