GRANITE FALLS - The Greater Minnesota Partnership is hosting a meeting to gather input on rural economic development needs from 9 to 11 a.m. Friday at the Prairie’s Edge Casino Resort south of Granite Falls.
The Partnership is looking for input as it develops its agenda for the 2014 legislative session. Executive Director Dan Dorman, a small business owner, former legislator and former executive director of the Albert Lea Economic Development Authority will lead the meeting.
Topics of discussion are expected to include investments needed for infrastructure, business incentives, tax policy and regulatory issues.
