APPLETON -- Hannah Joyce Nelson, 70, of Appleton died Monday at Appleton Area Health Services.
The service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Appleton. Burial will be at the Appleton City Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at Zniewski Funeral Home-Vaala Chapel in Appleton and one hour prior to the service at the church.
She was born March 30, 1938, in Flora, Ill., to John and Anna Bryan Sr. She graduated from Flora Township High School in Flora, Ill.
She married Norman L. Nelson on Aug. 3, 1970, in Washington, Ill. She worked as a homemaker and took care of daycare children.

She was a member of the homemakers group in Holloway.
She is survived by her husband; brother: Johnny Bryan Jr., of Peoria, Ill.; and two step-sisters: Lucille Bullard of Griffith, Ind., and Angela (and John) Mischo of Indiana.
She was preceded in death by a sister in infancy.
