DeGraff -- Harold Xavier Suter, 85, of DeGraff, died Monday at Lakeview Good Samaritan Center in Glenwood.
The service will be at 2 p.m. today at St. Bridgets Catholic Church in DeGraff. Burial will be in St. Bridgets Catholic Cemetery.
Visitation begins two hours prior to the service Thursday at the church, with a Rosary at 12:30. Arrangements are with the Zniewski Funeral Home in Benson.
He was born March 25, 1922, in Chippewa County to Francis and Magdalene (Zeller) Suter. He grew up in Swift County and attended school through the eighth grade at district 28 in Cashel Township. He served in the United States Navy during World War II from 1942 to 1946. He farmed his entire life south of DeGraff.

He was a member of St. Bridget Catholic Church in DeGraff, where he served as an usher.
He is survived by a brother: Alvin (and Adeline) Suter of Willmar; and two sisters: Doris (and Clifford) Schafer of De Graff and Arlene (and Ed) Clemen of Benson.
He was preceded in death by one brother and one sister.
