Minnesota Attorney General Mike Hatch wants the Democratic endorsement to run for governor. What I have heard so far from him is how the current governor is "cutting" spending (lowering taxes) and how the state can't function without an increase in "spending" (raising taxes).
Sounds to me like Mike Hatch is trying to "buy" votes from the very people he wants the money from, the Minnesota taxpayer.
