Hats Off to the Willmar Area Symphonic Orc

Hats off to the Willmar Area Symphonic Orchestra for a marvelous concert on Nov. 4. Elizabeth Lackore of Willmar writes, "We in the Willmar area are so very blessed to have such an active arts community with so many people sharing their talents. It is a pleasure to be able to attend orchestra, band, and chorus concerts in the fine WEAC facility right here in Willmar."
