REDWOOD FALLS -- Hazelle Marie Dirlam, 90, of Redwood Falls died Thursday at Wood Dale Nursing Home in Redwood Falls.
The service will be 11 a.m. today at First United Methodist Church in Redwood Falls. Burial will be in Redwood Falls Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the service at the church. Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church of Redwood Falls. Nelson-Martin Funeral Service of Redwood Falls is handling arrangements.
She was born Oct. 11, 1917, to Justus and Elva (Carr) Menz in Wimbledon, N.D. She graduated from Olivia High School, then from Minneapolis Business College in 1937. She worked as a receptionist and bookkeeper for Dr. George Mesker of Olivia for two years and later worked at the Osteopathic Clinic in Redwood Falls.

She married Aubrey Dirlam on June 20, 1942. They lived on the family farm near Delhi until they retired in 1975 and moved to Redwood Falls.
She belonged to First United Methodist Church in Redwood Falls, was a member of the Dome Club and was a charter member of the Rotunda Club in St. Paul, was involved in church circle and volunteered at Wood Dale Nursing Home for many years.
She is survived by her son: Gordon (and Mary) of Prior Lake; daughter-in-law: Shauna Dirlam of New Ulm; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1995; her infant daughter: Linda; one son: Kenneth; and four siblings.
