GRANITE FALLS -- Henry Julius Holm, 92, of Granite Falls, died Monday at Granite Falls Manor.
The service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Granite Falls Lutheran Church. Burial will be at Terrace Lawn Memory Garden in Montevideo.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Wing-Bain Funeral Home in Granite Falls and for one hour prior to the service at the church on Friday.
He was born March 18, 1913, in Lincoln County, Colo., to Ludvig and Anna (Larson) Holm. They family moved to the Chandler and Lake Wilson areas and he farmed with his father.

He married Ethel Berg on Sept. 9, 1937. They farmed in the Dawson-Boyd area for 34 years. Ethel died in 1971. He retired from farming and worked for the Lac qui Parle County Highway Department for 10 years.
He married Gladys Wogstad on April 1, 1978. Gladys died in 2004.
He was a member of the Dawson Trail Riders.
He is survived by his children: Karen (and Donald) Pieper of Cottage Grove, Janice Goeman of Eden Prairie, Jim (and Patty) of St. Bonifacius; seven grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wives; son-in-law: Jerry Goeman; three brothers and three sisters.
