PENNOCK - The resurfacing project on U.S. Highway 12 between Kerkhoven and Pennock is complete, the Minnesota Department of Transportation announced Thursday.
The detour will be removed late Friday afternoon, at which point the road will be open to all traffic.
The project resurfaced 7.8 miles of roadway and cost $4.37 million.
