Alycia Vallie Holmgren of Willmar and Weston John Melby of Williston, N.D., are engaged to be married today at the Holmgren residence.
Holmgren is the daughter of Bryce and Kim Holmgren of Willmar.
She is pursuing a degree in elementary education from Minnesota State University-Moorhead.
Melby is the son of Tim and Karen Melby of Williston.
He is pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering from North Dakota State University in Fargo.
