Katie Holmgren and Ross Van Hauen, both of Willmar, are engaged to be married Aug. 7 at Calvary Lutheran Church in Willmar.
Holmgren is the daughter of Craig and Lori Holmgren of Willmar.
She is a 2006 graduate of Willmar Senior High School and a 2010 graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter with a degree in public accounting. She is employed by Boulay, Heutmaker, Zibell & Co. in Eden Prairie as an accountant.
Van Hauen is the son of Don and Nancy Van Hauen of Willmar.
He is a 2006 graduate of Willmar Senior High School and a 2010 graduate of Minnesota State University-Mankato with a degree in life science education. He is employed by the Conservatory for Performing Artists in St. Paul as a science teacher.
