Tara Hoogeveen and Christopher McBride were united in marriage June 21 at Raymond Christian Reformed Church.
The bride is the daughter of Daryl and Bonetta Hoogeveen of Raymond. The groom is the son of Robert and Jane McBride of Elgin, Ill.
Maid of honor wasJennifer Boon, sister of the bride. Bride's attendants were Heather Nett and Marie Fosheim, sisters of the bride; Jennifer Straub, friend of the couple; and Lindsay Rieck and Sara Groen, friends of the bride. Flower girls were Avery Conte, niece of the groom, and Rose Nett, niece of the bride.
Best man was Robert McBride, brother of the groom. Groom's attendants were Rich Groezinger, Samuel Chen, Jeff Straub, Ryan Swanson and Bryan Dunlap, friends of the groom. Ring bearers were Caleb Hunter, Naeco McBride and Liam Conte, nephews of the groom, and Tyler Nett, nephew of the bride.
Ushers were Thomas Boyd, Brian Mulhall and Daniel Johnson, friends of the groom.

A reception was held at the Hoogeveen Farm in Raymond.
Following a wedding trip to Ireland, the couple is living in McHenry, Ill. The groom is employed as a teacher by Nippersink Middle School.
