DASSEL — A Hutchinson man was injured Tuesday evening after crashing his motorcycle in Collinwood Township, according to a news release from Meeker County Sheriff Brian Cruze.
According to the release, Douglas Radtke, 74, was driving north on County Road 5 on a 2007 Harley-Davidson motorcycle and was unable to stop at a stop sign on County Road 18 due to his speed and crashed.
Radtke was wearing a helmet and was transported by Allina Ambulance to Hutchinson Health Hospital and then transported to Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis for his injuries.
The accident remains under investigation.
