APPLETON -- Irene Esther Webber, 89, of Appleton died Sunday at Appleton Area Health Services.
The service will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Appleton. Burial will be at the Appleton City Cemetery.
Visitation will be for one hour prior to the service at the church. Arrangements are with Zniewski Funeral Home-Vaala Chapel in Appleton.
She was born March 20, 1917, in Watertown, S.D., to Fred and Emma (Inselmann) Block.

She married Matt Webber on May 15, 1944, in Vancouver, Wash. She was a homemaker and then worked at the Appleton Nursing Home until she retired.
She is survived by four sons: Dennis (and Kathy) Webber of Fridley, Ronald (and Kathy) Webber of Elk River, Lynn Webber of Appleton, Kevin (and Sharon) Webber of Madison; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 2000; daughter: Lori Kaye Larson; four sisters and five brothers.
