ST. LOUIS PARK -- Jeanette Eleanor Chesley, 87, of St. Louis Park, formerly of Montevideo, died Friday at her daughter's home in St. Louis Park.
The service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Montevideo. Burial will be at the Sunset Memorial Cemetery in Montevideo. The Wing-Bain Funeral Home in Montevideo is handling arrangements.
Visitation is one hour prior to the service at the church.
She was born on Nov. 29, 1920, in Montevideo to Samuel and Margaurite (Collins) Newstone.

She married Walter Chesley on May 11, 1952, in Montevideo. She worked for Newstone Electric Company from the mid 1940s to 1953. Then she was employed as a financial worker by the Chippewa County Family Services from 1972 until her retirement in 1987.
She served as Order of Eastern Star Past Worthy Matron and a member of VFW Ladies Auxiliary, and American Legion Auxiliary.
She is survived by her daughter: Margaurite Chesley of St. Louis Park.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1964 and one brother.
