CARVER -- Jeffrey L. Berg, 50, of Carver, formerly of Sunburg, died Tuesday, after battling cancer.
The service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at St. John Lutheran Church in Chaska.
Visitation will be two hours prior to the service at the church. Memorials are preferred to Pheasants Forever or Ducks Unlimited. Arrangements are by Huber Funeral and Cremation Services Eden Prairie Chapel.
He was born Dec. 27, 1957, in Willmar to Franklin and Rose (Stavn) Berg.
He served with the Starbuck Police Department. Then he was an officer with the Eden Prairie Police Department for more than 20 years.

He is survived by his wife: Rhonda (Gentz) Berg; daughter: Jordyn Berg; siblings: Donald (and Pat) Berg and Robert (and Mary Jane) Berg, Donna (and Darrel) Kulenkamp and Maxine McQuillan.
