PAYNESVILLE -- Joyce E. Hunter, 70, of Elizabethtown, Ky., formerly of Paynesville, died Saturday at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown.
The service is at 1 p.m. Thursday at Calvary Baptist Church in Paynesville. Burial will be in Burr Oak Cemetery, rural Grove City.
Visitation is from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Daniel-Anderson Funeral Home in Paynesville and at the church Thursday for one hour before the service.
She was born Dec. 10, 1937, in Elizabethtown, Ky., to David and Isolene Morrison. On May 19, 1956, she married Charles Hunter in Elizabethtown. She was a former employee of Rambow's in New London and a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Paynesville.

She is survived by her sons: Charles (and Eileen) Hunter Jr. of Lake Henry, Rocky Hunter of St. Cloud, David (and Kelli) Hunter of Belgrade and Larry (and Sheree) Hunter of Belgrade; a daughter: Debra (and Tim) Younkin of Paynesville; 29 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; her mother of Elizabethtown, Ky.; a sister: Charlotte (and Bob) Sharlow of Elizabethtown, Ky.; and a brother: David (and Vicki) Morrison of Greenville, Ky.
She was preceded in death by her husband and her father.
