A request for a harassment restraining order by a Spicer city employee against the city's mayor was granted Thursday in Kandiyohi County District Court.
Judge Jon Stafsholt outlined that Perry Wohnoutka cannot contact Daniel Haats, the city's public works director, except through the city's administrator.
