WILLMAR -- Rep. Al Juhnke, DFL-Willmar, received his party's endorsement Sunday at the District 13 convention in Belgrade.
Juhnke is seeking his eighth term in the House of Representatives. He represents District 13B, which includes the city of Willmar and most of Kandiyohi County.
He is being challenged by Republican Bruce Vogel, a businessman from Willmar.
Juhnke is chairman of the House Agriculture, Rural Economies and Veterans Affairs Finance Division.
He also serves on the Capital Investment Finance Division, Environment Policy and Oversight, Finance, Rules and Legislative Administration and Telecommunications Regulation and Infrastructure Division.
