WILLMAR — The Kandiyohi County Board of Commissioners will be meeting starting at 9 a.m. Dec. 1. First on the schedule is the Kandiyohi County Human Services Committee, followed by the regular county board meeting at 10 a.m.
The Truth-in-Taxation public meeting on the 2021 county budget will start at 6 p.m., with the county board to reconvene to act on the budget and tax levy. The meeting is not about property tax valuations.
The Human Services agenda includes several services contracts as well as an update on the truancy program.
The regular board meeting has a presentation on Central Minnesota Jobs and Training, approval of the 2021 county park policy and fees, approval of the 2021 Aquatic Invasive Species plan, an update on the Monarch butterfly conservation program and a wrap-up presentation on the county's CARES Act funding.
