WILLMAR -- Despite warm, dry conditions, Kandiyohi County's seasonal load restrictions remain in effect.

County and township roads have not recovered enough strength to carry heavy trucks without being damaged, according to Kandiyohi County Public Works Director Gary Danielson.

Road conditions will be re-evaluated April 10 and the date for lifting the restrictions will be announced after that date.

Most surrounding counties are also delaying lifting restrictions, Danielson said.

For questions on County Road restrictions, call the Public Works Department at 320-235-3266, extension 4103.
