WILLMAR – The Kandiyohi County Public Works Department is pulling county plows off the roads at 3 p.m. today.

The action is being taken because of adverse weather conditions that includes blowing and drifting snow and limited visibility,

Crews will be back out by 5:30 a.m. Tuesday.
