WILLMAR - Kandiyohi County Road 5 from Roseland to Minnesota Highway 23 will reopen to traffic beginning Monday.
The Kandiyohi County Public Works Department office in Willmar announced that construction crews are finished with the majority of work on the road. It will remain gravel through the winter so motorists are advised to drive slowly and with caution.
