LITCHFIELD -- Kenneth A. Tapio, 76, of Litchfield died Monday at Emmanuel Home in Litchfield.
The service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Augustana Memorial Chapel in Litchfield. Burial will be at Apostolic Lutheran Cemetery in Kingston.
Visitation will be for one hour prior to the service at the chapel. Arrangements are with Johnson-Hagglund Funeral Home in Litchfield.
He was born April 26, 1929, in Kingston to Hjalmer Tapio and Anna (Sachariason) Tapio. He worked as a farm hand and at Proworks in Litchfield. He retired due to his heath.

He is survived by his sisters: Esther Brendt of Duluth and Helen Tapio of El Cajon, Calif.
He was preceded in death by six siblings.
