WILLMAR -- The Willmar School Board was informed Thursday night that Mahnomen Superintendent Jon Kringen has accepted a contract earlier in the day to be the new superintendent at the Long Prairie-Grey Eagle School District.
Kringen had visited Willmar on Wednesday for a full-day of interviews.
He was one of three to particpate in interviews conducted by the board this week.
Kringen had been also been a finalist at Long Prairie-Grey Eagle.
