LITCHFIELD -- LaVonne Janice Witte, 64, of Litchfield died Wednesday at the Emmanuel Home in Litchfield.
The service will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Beckville Lutheran Church in Litchfield. Burial will be at the church cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday at the Johnson-Hagglund Funeral Home in Litchfield.
She was born on Sept. 24, 1943, in Hutchinson to Wendell and Mildred (Lee) Witte. She grew up and graduated in Litchfield in 1961. She went to Minnesota Business School in Minneapolis. She lived in Minneapolis and worked there from 1962 to 2005. She was an executive secretary at Bemis, IDS and for New York Life. She was also financial secretary for Pitt Rolfe Company.
She is survived by her mother of Litchfield; brothers: Larry Witte of Minneapolis and Ken (and Linda) Witte of Green Valley, Ariz.
