MAYNARD -- Lena I. Johnson, 91, of Maynard died Wednesday at the Chippewa County-Montevideo Hospital.
The service will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Maynard Lutheran Church. Burial will be at the church cemetery.
Visitation will be Sunday afternoon and evening at Anderson Funeral Home in Montevideo, with the family present from 2 to 4 p.m. and a prayer service at 3:30 p.m.

She was born Feb. 10, 1916, in Blue Earth County to Jonas and Pernelle (Heggen) Gimmestad. She attended rural schools in Chippewa County.
She married Henry Johnson on July 27, 1941, in Montevideo. She lived most of her life in the Montevideo and Maynard areas and worked at Olson Produce for a number of years.
She was a member of Maynard Lutheran Church, was a Sunday School teacher, active in WELCA and in quilting. She was also a member of the See-n-Do Homemakers, the Green-Feather Whist Club and the Senior Citizens and Maynard Nutrition site.
She is survived by her children: Arnold (and Evelyn) Johnson of Maynard, Joyce (and Richard) McJunkin of Charlottesville, Va., Larry Johnson of Maynard; 11 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1989, three brothers and two sisters.
