The recent Willmar City Council meeting I saw was not handled in a very professional manner. I felt that council member Ron Christianson was treated very badly as he was questioned about "conflict of interest."
Also, he asked a question about a $38,000 loss, shortfall, etc., which was never answered -- $38,000 and nobody could tell him why! My favorite was about some reports for a number of years, copies of which could not be found in Willmar or at the state level.
Makes me wonder if the reports were ever done?
