I have been hearing about this water-boarding subject on the news. I believe this is used to get the truth out of someone. Is it legal, illegal, cruel or not cruel form of interrogation?
If it is legal and not cruel, would you think President Bush might volunteer to undergo this, so we might also get some truth?
