When driving on Minnesota Highway 23 I am amazed at the amount of accidents on it and how there are no plans to fix it. Marshall to Willmar, in my opinion, should be four lanes.
Too many people's lives are being taken or damaged. I survived a car accident. I'm 27 years old and I already have to take a group of pills every day just to live. Imagine how many people are living their lives this way because of accidents on Highway 23. Sen. Dean Johnson needs to recognize that Highway 23 doesn't stop in Willmar, it goes farther south.
Don't get me wrong, I like the improvements he's gotten the Willmar area so far. It's time to fix the whole thing, St. Cloud to Marshall. It will be good for businesses and the communities on it. And most of it will save lives.
