John H. Burns is at it again. In the Feb. 13 Public Forum in the West Central Tribune, Burns is lamenting the defeat of Dean Johnson. Dean Johnson, the Senate leader, would not let the marriage proposal come to a vote. He single-handedly stopped the people he represented a chance to vote, even though poll after poll showed that the people wanted that opportunity. It shows that Dean Johnson had lost sight of the fact of what his constituents wanted.
Mr. Burns, get over the fact that Dean Johnson was defeated. Get on with your life.
