Three reasons why I'm not voting Democratic, liberal or socialist:
- A $780 billion stimulus bill that's loaded with pork and wasteful spending, such as having a study to document the effects of cocaine on monkeys ($74,000). Did we really need to spend tax money on that? Since then we've had Son of Stimulus and Grandson of Stimulus. More wasteful spending, more debt (borrowing from the Chinese) and more taxes for you and me, our children and grandchildren.
- Suing the citizens of Arizona for enforcing federal immigration laws. Refusing to enforce the federal immigration laws.
- Government takeover of the best health care system in the world. In my opinion, any time the government gets their hands on anything, the people will suffer, and in this case it will cost more in taxes, it will cost more for insurance, health care costs will rise, and America will have a lower quality of overall health care in the end.
