According to some expressed opinions, District 13 has experienced a great loss in Sen. Dean Johnson's defeat. Who lost? Not the majority of voters in District 13. They gained who they voted for. Agreed, the minority of voters lost the person they voted for, but I thought that's what voting was all about.
