Recently there was a news item in the West Central Tribune regarding a trade that was made between the city and a Mr. Phillip Kvam. According to the article, the city traded 5.3 acres of the old airport in exchange for 5.3 acres that Kvam owned on Minnesota Highway 40.
Was this exchange just an exchange or were there monies involved? If there was money involved, why wasn't that in the article? Don't the citizens have a right to know where their tax dollars are being spent?
