Bravo to Josh Andrews' letter, published Oct. 20 -- my exact feelings in the case of the rape of a 13-year-old girl by two men and a boy/child of 14 years.
This is a heinous crime, not a misdemeanor. A little girl is scarred for life by monsters, and the court system and judge say, "Must not do that anymore."
Shame, shame on the district attorneys and judges in the courts. This happens repeatedly as I read the crime reports each day.
Can they look in the mirror? What has happened to our justice in America?
