Why is the train noise issue frustrating? It shouldn't even be an issue. Do you know how many towns and cities trains go through? Willmar people are always asking for something. The solution is to move if it's too noisy. Willmar has always been a railroad town.
I can't imagine that our council even considers trying to find a solution. There are rules railroads have to abide by -- number of whistles, when and where, for our safety. This is just like complaints about animals that are not supposed to smell! Maybe some adults need to be educated.
